Well heeled.
I'm totally hooked on Inside Vogue - A Diary Of My 100th Year by Alexandra Shulman (Penguin £16.99, hardback). I'm an avid reader of stuff: be it online; magazines; signage; reviews; blogs, just not what you might call a traditional book-worm. But with this book I simply can't put it down, all thanks to the diary notes of out-going Editor-in-Chief at British Vogue, during her final year at the helm. I go to bed extra early just to absorb myself in the pages, feeling like I'm part of the inner circle, she writes frankly about team members, famous faces and her wish to stop living out of a suitcase. I'm drawn to her struggle to juggle, she has exactly the same anxieties as most of us: that balance between home; work and life and of body image and all the usual insecurities. Let's hope her next chapter includes another book.
Also bedside is my CCS heel balm, face it kids the summer is coming and that means heel hydration to max.
