Meet Caitlin Charles-Jones, award winning Royal College of Art knitwear graduate, tipped by Vogue as one-to-watch and a Fellow of the Worshipful Company of Framework Knitters (which frankly I would have printed on ALL correspondence including knitwear). Caitlin kindly loaned me this hand intarsia piece from her SS17 'BEACH PLEASE!' collection, a palate of delicious ice cream shades, perfect for cooler summer days.
Her labels read Made in Britain which pleases me no end and her work has that luxury feel stamped right through it: intarsia knit; hand finished appliqué; merino wool; organic cotton tees....
I predict CC-J is one to watch, nice one Jonesy girl.
